The regular meeting of the Sherwood Lakes Homeowners Association was conducted on this 15th of July, this year. The meeting was led by Mr. Brown, with attendance of homeowners in presence.

After call to order, the minutes from the previous meeting were considered and approved with a few amendments.

  • Mr. Davis, gave a brief financial update outlining the current situation of the homeowner association's funds.
  • Several homeowners raised concerns regarding upcoming developments in the neighborhood, specifically the proposed playground construction and parking improvement projects.
  • The board addressed the homeowner's queries, providing updates about the projects.

After the conversation, the meeting was adjourned. The next HOA meeting is scheduled for November, 2023.

Considered Amendments to Sherwood Lakes Covenants

The Homeowners Association is currently discussing several proposed amendments to the existing covenants for Sherwood Lakes. These proposed adjustments are designed to enhance the value of life for all residents while tackling present concerns and facilitating a thriving community.

  • Amongst the proposed amendments are regulations related to landscaping, sound restrictions, and automobile limits.
  • The HOA encourages all residents to review the proposed amendments carefully and provide their suggestions by September 1st.
  • A community forum will be arranged on August 3rd to address the proposed amendments in more depth.

Sherwood Lakes Garden Initiative

Our dedicated community members are coming together to make Sherwood Lakes a more vibrant place to live. The Beautification Project aims to transform the visual appeal of our community by installing trees, cleaning up public areas, and supporting a sense of belonging.

We're currently working on various projects, including the renewal of our lakefront area. We invite you to contribute in making Sherwood Lakes a truly beautiful place to call home.

Sherwood Lakes Community Board Voting

Greetings residents of Sherwood Lakes! The annual election for the Homeowner’s Association (HOA) board is quickly approaching. This year, we encourage all homeowners to get involved in shaping the future of our community by casting their vote.

The election will be held on Tuesday, November 7th, with voting taking place from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the HOA Office.

A list of those vying for positions and their platforms will be made available on the HOA website and placed in every mailbox by October 15th. For any questions or concerns regarding the election process, please send an email to the HOA. We look forward to a successful and democratic election!

Sherwood Lakes Safety Initiative for Sherwood Lakes Residents

Enhance the safety and security of our thriving community with a dedicated Neighborhood Watch program. By actively participating, residents can help deter crime, keep an eye on one another's properties, and foster a more secure sense of community. Gatherings will be held periodically to discuss.
